Is anyone else exhausted all the time? When I’m not at work I’m in a ball on my sofa, I can barely see without caffeine, I don’t want to up my meds because it’ll only make it worse 😴
I was diagnosed 4 months ago, which thinking about it now is crazy! I’ve had not had an accidental slip up in over 2 months! But I’m struggling so much with eating now. I often skip meals to save myself from the disappointment of what the food tastes like. Anybody have any suggestions for food?
i am having a really weird set of symptoms. Since the end of August, i have experienced the following after eating: dizziness/lightheadedness, nausea, brain fog, and chills. Onset is 30 minutes after eating and it lasts about two hours. Blood pressure, heart rate, and blood glucose is all normal. Has anyone ever experienced anything similar?
I’ve lost a lot of weight since finding out I have celiac disease and am lactose intolerant to the point I’m severely underweight—any advice on how to find gluten and dairy free food/recipes, especially protein and carb heavy?
Celiac makes me feel limited, I miss food.
hello,I'm currently going through so much testing to see if I have celiac or something else. however,I was told to start eating gluten free since they're are pretty sure it is celiac disease. so....I need tips and help. in my years struggling with my helath, gluten being an issue never crossed my mind but seems obvious the more I look back.
I was given my Celiac diagnosis over the phone by an NP, should I set up a meeting with the specialist or my PC to follow up?
hi, I have celiac disease and vitiligo. did any of you continue developing other autoimmune issues over time?
how did you know you had celiac/gluten sensitivity? how did you get diagnosed?
I was really into baking before I was diagnosed with Celiac, especially bread baking. I know I can still bake, but one of the things I loved most about bread making was kneading the dough. Are there any hobbies out there that might fill that specific niche?
what foods have gluten that is not common, I just got diagnosed with celiac disease and struggling with what to eat. I know to stay away from breads an pasta an other stuff unless it says gluten-free but what other foods have gluten in it? or is there a good website to visit, I been searching online but nothing in depth.
I have recently been diagnosed with celaic desease and need help with recipes and brands and place to find the cheapest food I can since I am literally using link to buy everything and haven't even known long enough to update it
Where are some good places to eat out that support my need to maintain a gluten-free diet?
Anyone else having problems with literally every food they eat? I feel like no matter how clean and gf I eat I always get bloated or have a stomach ache
I'm wondering if anyone else experiences random bouts of diarrhea for no reason (that I can find). I'm crazy to make sure I'm eating gf but still getting sick. I've been to many doctors and haven't had any answers. I think I might have endometriosis and this is causing the issues. does anyone else have both endo and celiacs?
So, advice needed. I have rheumatoid arthritis and was also just told by my rheumatologist that I also have Celiac, which makes sense cause I know if you have both, then gluten can affect the RA as well. I already enjoyed several gluten free foods that I was introduced to through a family member who also has Celiac, and am doing ok as far as not feeling deprived of anything. But, I am not very well off. Does anyone have any advice for going gluten free and as organic as possible on a budget?
So I just got diagnosed. Will be going gluten free this week. Going to take time to prepare and stock new food items. Lay on me anything I should eat before then so I don’t miss it and anything I need to know folks
Is there any supplements, medication, or treatments I should be doing/taking that will help me have more energy? Ever since I got diagnosed and went completely gluten free 8 months ago, I have had little energy!
I've been recently tested for celiac and came back weak positive? has anyone had this? I have so many symptoms and have done so many tests and this is the only thing that came back positive or abnormal for anything
Y’all today all I want is GLUTEN! Sigh. It was such a comfort food for me. I’ve only been diagnosed a couple months. Just posting because I’m frustrated. Not actually going to go buy a baguette and drown my sorrows with a donut. 🤪😩
