I suspect I have an intolerance. My muscles burn always and I have the worst stomach issues. I am also anemic, vitamin d deficient, and tired constantly and get headaches after I eat

When I was 10 I was in horrible pain for months. For some reason I was not a puker at all (I’ve probably thrown up ~10 times in my 22 years) and so when I finally up chucked my mom took me to my pediatrician. My pediatrician actuallt didn’t end up being there that day, so we saw someone else. She was and probably is the only doctor who has taken me as serious as she did. I was so lucky to have seen her, because I have a feeling any other doctor would have given me some sort of random med and sent me on my way. She ran every test on me she could, including celiac, which really was not very well known then. I came back with numbers through the roof and was officially diagnosed after my endoscopy.

I had bloating, abdominal pain, and other gastrointestinal issues for a couple of years. It was bad enough that I felt like I couldn't go anywhere in case I needed to use the restroom. I went and talked to a general physician about it, and she had blood labs done because she wasn't sure what it was and suspected Celiac disease.
