Dealing with Unexplained Diarrhea: Seeking Advice

I'm wondering if anyone else experiences random bouts of diarrhea for no reason (that I can find). I'm crazy to make sure I'm eating gf but still getting sick. I've been to many doctors and haven't had any answers. I think I might have endometriosis and this is causing the issues. does anyone else have both endo and celiacs?

Hi! I have unofficially been diagnosed with endo. I’ve been gluten free (celiac) since 2015, and I too still have bouts of sickness. I have accidentally been glutened, but even when I’m strict I have had issues. I can’t say for sure it’s the endo, but it totally could be!

I have functional dyspepsia on top of being celiac, and getting treatment for that helped a lot.
