Looking for a new hobby after being diagnosed with Celiac

I was really into baking before I was diagnosed with Celiac, especially bread baking. I know I can still bake, but one of the things I loved most about bread making was kneading the dough. Are there any hobbies out there that might fill that specific niche?

Also, slime might be a fun option!!

I love to bake using a rice, tapioca, potato, xantgum gum flour mix that I make myself!!! It is interchangeable in even gluten recipes, just don't expect it to look like gluten baking. 🌞

I love the idea of sculpting like Ryn said! Sorry you have to change hobbies, but I actually enjoy gluten free baking much more because you dont have to knead. Once you have a good recipe it turns out perfect every time, no need to worry about developing the gluten

How do you feel about sculpting? Any kind of clay usually needs a good knead before you start working with it. And you'd still be making something with your hands, although not edible under most circumstances haha
