Cup4cup flour is great because you can use any non gf recipe and replace the flour

Trader Joe’s has some good options they are actually edible and not too expensive

I use rice all the time, along with soy/almond milk (dairy milk makes me feel terrible). Also if you use real spices and not prepackaged blends you can flavor your meat (premade blends often are contaminated)

Honestly the best thing I’ve done is not buying the processed gf foods. Literally just eat meat, dairy, vegetables, fruit, rice, corn, etc. My rule of thumb is “if it normally would have gluten, avoid it”

Thai and mexican food are going to be your best friends!! There are so many cheap and easy dishes to make that are delicious. Unfortunately being gluten free is way more expensive, so meal planning always helps me stay on track

A lot of things are cheaper when made, if you're the only one easier but if not there's options to be able to cook for everyone without crossing and stay budget friendly. Fried chicken use mashed potatoes and corn flour tastes good also

@baka if I want Mac and cheese I make my own box, when cooking noodles check before time is done it gets mushy quick
