Seeking Advice on Lumbarization and Narrowing Disc Space

hi i recently had an xray thT revealed i have Significant lumbarization of my S1 qnd narrowing disc space. I am scheduled with a spine specialist to get more info but that isn't for a month. Ive been searching everywhere and havent found anyone talking about their own personal experience with these conditions. I was wondering if anyone experiencing either lumbarization or narrowing disc space would be willing to talk about their journey and what theyre doing to treat it?

Struggling with Spinal Stenosis: The Shopping Cart Syndrome

As for spinal stenosis, I’m way to young to not stand up straight as if age should be a factor🤷🏻‍♀️.. I just got my MRI for For my back and in my chart online of says: Mild degenerative disc disease of the lumbar spine, worst from L2 through L5.
