I have cervical stenosis from a hemangioblastoma. I have chronic neck pain & sometimes headaches. I use cannabis sauve topically on my neck, yoga, massage & meditation. I do not take any over the counter or prescription pain meds.

I've got stenosis on the right and left C5 or so. Thumb tingly some days on right and recently pinky and ring on the left. I'm really freaked out, this has all come on in the last few months.

I am still in the process of figuring out what is being caused by my cervical stenosis and what is not. Ive had problems with painful pinched nerves that make it hard for me to use my left arm for anywhere from days to weeks, and lately my face had been hurting? My stenosis is worst around my C3 and apparently there is a facial nerve that connects through there and Im wondering if thats the problem. In a broader sense i just have a lot of neck swelling and pain.

I have had two major lumber-sacral surgeries L3-S1 w extensive fusion. In fact my back looks like an erector set. I’ve also C3-C7 Surgery for neck/spine stabilization. This was after I started have problems w my left arm, left leg, bladder issues, and occipital headaches. I was told without the stabilization surgery I’d be a quadriplegic within a year. They fused my cervical spine. I have severe spinal osteoarthritis which has infiltrated past the spinal column/discs and in the neck actually starting into the column itself. Many say they would not do back surgery because there is no guarantee of the outcome . You need to weigh seriously pros and cons. I will always deal w the disease but for now I have 3/4 rotation of my neck. I have permanent damage to my left leg which creates pain and mobility issues and I use a cane. I deal w it.
