Has anyone tried nerve blocks for stenosis? Either as a diagnostic to test whether it’s the source of pain or to treat it directly?

No I haven’t but that’s an interesting idea. I may speak to my specialist about it. 👍 🤗 🙌

Yes! And certainly on a regular basis, when you’re able to? I get a nerve block to handle the pain and discomfort of stenosis. Makes it easier to tolerate walking and standing for prolonged periods of time? It’s been two years since my last block but, I’m scheduled to get one next week and I can not wait! You don’t want to keep taking narcotics and putting toxins into your body. The nerve blockers are a great option for severe chronic pain. 💕 ❤️ 🤗
