Get the walker ( on EBAY) that stands upright! It has helped me a lot.

I would love to walk straight up again and to be pain free as of right now I can't walk 3 minutes before I have to sit back down how do I get past this?

😥 I do know how you feel. When I get up out of my chair from behind my desk, I’m going to be 62 in June and sometimes I’m so stooped over I feel so much older. Some of the students say “Mrs V are you ok ?

😥 I also have spinal stenosis and nerve impingements. Some days I can walk well, others days I need to lean forward.
