Can Lumbar Stenosis Affect Upright Walking?

is it possible to walk upright? Right now I'm bent forward due to lumbar stenosis.

I would love to walk straight up again and to be pain free as of right now I can't walk 3 minutes before I have to sit back down how do I get past this?

I have spinal stenosis and it affects my leg. I have tingling and numbness. It has been a long 10 weeks. have you tried physical therapy?
