I haven't found anything that helps. I did take Diclofenac and found it to be the best that I found for arthritis, but I also am allergic to it.

Gabapentin and Prednisone with Tylenol and Ibuprofen around the clock is what I'm currently taking. Gabapentin is only for nerve damage/sciatica pain though. If you have arthritis or something else, it won't help that. But I found Ibuprofen and ice packs and back braces all help to knock the edge off of whatever pain I have. Try youtube search for Dr Michael Rowe. He has a ton of stretching videos that help any kind of back pain.

I take neurontin or generic is gabapentin. As far as anything natural you could try a combo of B6 and magnesium as those together help nerve pain. I take all three and find the gabapentin, b-6, and magnesium a huge blessing.
