Bilateral Cervical Stenosis and Epidural Injection

I have bilateral cervical stenosis C5-C8, with disc bulges in C6-C7. I had my first epidural injection 8 days ago and it has not worked. I've been told I need a second injection. I have completely lost my appetite. I was wondering if that was common???

My Drs always told me if it didn't work the 1st time it's not gonna work the 2nd. I've had several injections and they didn't work. I'm on Duloxetine and Lyrica and it helps some. Pain meds just make ya cranky and ur brain mush. Try some PT(physical therapy) it'll hurt at 1st but it really helps in the long run.
