How does water help? You didn’t specify what you did.

How do I get my doctor to take my conditions more seriously?

Does your Chiropractor do laser and ultrasound and massage. I see my chiropractor 2x a week for said treatments, She has kept me upright and walking for almost 2 years.

@dydy1 Can you explain more about the procedure so I can check if any chiropractors do that here where I live

I went to a chiropractor for years and he said he really couldn’t do anything for me just keep me moving but then I had to get a hip replacement and now my back seems like it’s hurting more than it did before so I’m thinking about going back to the chiropractor

I have stenosis too and I've been through every test there is. What my orthopedic surgeon said was that there's nothing to be done until it develops to the point of endangering your life or causing paralysis and even then it depends on what level the stenosis is at. It's possible to surgically scrape some of it away but it's dangerous and considered an absolute last step. Until then.... do the exercises they give you to keep moving as much as possible.

@krash I use kratom and delta 8. Both are effective and legal in my state and drugs from pain management do nothing for me. Hope that helps.

I'm having an epidural this morning for lumbar stenosis. I'm told it takes a few days for the full benefit. I'll report back.
