So i cant go into the ER i wouldn't even know how to explain this...ive been having back pain right in between my shoulder blades on my spine...well something popped right in that area and it hurt for a brie few moments. The next thing i know my arms went cold and they also went cold i started to shake like id been in freezing temperatures and my blood press went to 155/ 111 and my heart rate went to 58. i went to take a hot bath to warm uo which worked but now this morning my bp is 111/90 and my heart rate is 64. My back feels like something is tugging that area an mya rms are slightly purple. idk how dangerous a pinched nerve can be but something definitely happened. I cant take my BP meds at the moment cause it could make me pass out. Idk what else could cause that.
Hi Everyone ❤️🙏 ! Question. For those who has added to their drinking circle any of the PH balance water such as Smart water, Dasani water, Alkaline water, Core water just to mention a few. Have you noticed any sides effects after 6 months, such as shortness of breath, fatigue, retained liquids at legs or urine, experiencing like hot flashes where it triggers your Blood pressure to get high, where you can be calm or relaxing and out of no where heart accelerates, Blood Pressure is out of control.
I would like to find different ways to treat my health issues with out using meds

Anyone else have tingling pain in hands and feet from metoprolol use? Didn’t have these sensations until I started taking it
I have been diagnosed over 10 years with hypertension. I have suffered a stroke and mild heart attack. The thing that bother me the most are these Needle piercing feelings I am getting all over my body. it started in my left lower foot and now it is in my face. All over my Body !
I'm finally off my blood pressure medicine I took, Garlique for blood pressure. It was 160/85 on garlique, now off of it, it's 96/65. I've meditated 11 years and it normalized my blood pressure once, but it wasn't enough to stop it from going up again as I gain weight. I started tai chi 6 months ago from reading books, it finally paid off. I'm off garlique and have perfect blood pressure, better than normal. I guesstimate that my meditation and tai chi lowered my systolic over 150 points. It's definitely worth looking into if that's your thing. It made a big difference in my health, and my life.
We are new to the app. This is about my husband. He has high blood pressure, high cholesterol, kidney disease, type 2 diabetic. He got COVID in January which he was very sick was in hospital for 3 days. While in hospital a internal medicine specialist was treating him bc of his health issues. During that time they changed a lot of his medicines and added some. Well anyway COVID attacked his kidneys which made things progress. They found he gets protein in his kidneys. They have do every cancer test, blood work possible to find the cause, which no explanation. His creatinine level is only 2.7 which is really good for someone that has kidney disease. But what I want to know does anyone have this issue with protein in kidneys and if so what are you doing for it?? My diabetes A1C is 6.4 so that’s good, my diabetes is under control. They have us scared bc they say protein in your kidneys can cause other life threatening events like heart attack, stroke or death. So we are doing everything doctors say to do but still continue with protein in kidneys. I have to have blood work every 2 weeks which is getting old. I’m Over being poked etc…, please information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

What natural remedies help keep blood pressure in check?
any recommendations to lower anxiety or lower blood pressure?
I just found out that I have high blood pressure issues. Problem is that usually it's high cholesterol, diabetes, or heart and vascular disease that cause high blood pressure. I have none of the things mentioned and we don't know what's causing it. The only other thing I can think of that can cause high blood y, is stress. I do have some of that. But not overly so. So my team of doctors and I are trying to figure this anomaly out. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks
My doctor can't figure out my high blood pressure. I have changed my diet and I exercise. Any natural suggestions because my prescription pills are not keeping it low enough.
Recently diagnosed with high BP and placed on Losartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. On days when my BP is 130s I am so dizzy and lightheaded I cannot function. My doc said to expect this but it's crazy. I was running 190/92 when diagnosed and felt fine. I've also dropped 10 lbs in less than a month.
So despite being on a regular schedule with my blood pressure medications, my blood pressure has been ridiculous. I've had two different days where I've felt really nauseous and off and my cat (who is definitely not a service animal and has not had any training) has alerted me and stayed pretty close to me on both these days. and both days he's done this, I've had horrible blood pressure spikes. Is this a thing? Can he be aware of my blood pressure?
For many years now I have had high blood pressure in contrast to my weight, diet, and exercise. I believe my hypertension problem comes from stress and subconscious fear of test results. How could I reduce my anxiety when it comes to this?
