Sudden Back Pain and Cold Arms

So i cant go into the ER i wouldn't even know how to explain this...ive been having back pain right in between my shoulder blades on my spine...well something popped right in that area and it hurt for a brie few moments. The next thing i know my arms went cold and they also went cold i started to shake like id been in freezing temperatures and my blood press went to 155/ 111 and my heart rate went to 58. i went to take a hot bath to warm uo which worked but now this morning my bp is 111/90 and my heart rate is 64. My back feels like something is tugging that area an mya rms are slightly purple. idk how dangerous a pinched nerve can be but something definitely happened. I cant take my BP meds at the moment cause it could make me pass out. Idk what else could cause that.
