I'm finally off my blood pressure medicine I took, Garlique for blood pressure. It was 160/85 on garlique, now off of it, it's 96/65. I've meditated 11 years and it normalized my blood pressure once, but it wasn't enough to stop it from going up again as I gain weight. I started tai chi 6 months ago from reading books, it finally paid off. I'm off garlique and have perfect blood pressure, better than normal. I guesstimate that my meditation and tai chi lowered my systolic over 150 points. It's definitely worth looking into if that's your thing. It made a big difference in my health, and my life.
