Struggling with ARFID diagnosis

Hey guys, I am very new to this. I have recently been diagnosed with ARFID and I am really struggling at the moment. I get alot of dizzy spells and sometimes I can't leave the house because of this. anyone else out there who suffers with this?? X

I am a caregiver for my brother 81. He started using oxygen with Inogen 15 years ago. I think it saved his life. 28 years ago he was told to expect 5 years, Any advice on getting him to exercise? He is a lawyer and very opinionated. ( great person tho )

Dealing with Respiratory Illnesses - Any Advice?

Hi. This is my first post. I was just wondering if any of you have been dealing with any respiratory illnesses recently (other than COVID, RSV and Flu-A and Flu-B). I’ve been really sick over the past few weeks, but am consistently testing negative for the above listed illnesses. I’m on my second round of oral steroids and antibiotics. I ended up in the ER yesterday and got 3 breathing treatments and IV steroids. (I also got a prescription for cough medicine.) I know that flare ups can linger for a bit. I’m just wondering if anyone is going through a similar experience and would be willing to share their story. Thanks ❤️
