oh my gosh, I know exactly how you feel. I'm not on 24/7 but I carry an Innogen or a tank at all times. But I use my "machine" when I'm home most of the time. I too have COPD and several other medical issues including an ileostomy. So I know what it's like to not be able to just go. And oh yes, those DAYS that you don't even want to get out of your bed, let alone dressed. I started getting badly depressed also as before getting sick I was extremely active. Then I decided to get a hobby. It really does help. And it definitely helps having someone else who understands what you feel. Take care and stay in touch. ❤️
