hello, new person here. this app seems like a good idea, to commiserate with others about our chronic issues. looking back at my profile, I'm a mess! I don't feel as bad as it seems... I would love to hear from others what they think.

      So far, it's only with exertion do I feel like I'm drowning. They gave me an inhaler but I think it makes things worse. I'm fine as long as I don't do anything.. which sucks 🙁

        @jwpta1 🙏 for u how did u end up with copd did u smoke or worked in a real dusty building?

        @jwpta1 I do use a supplement that has helped me a great deal, it's NAC. They are trying to ban it so if you would like to see if it helps you I would get some asap.

      ✋🤗 HI everyone I just discovered this site and I'm in awe to find a group that's experiencing the same disease I have it's been 17 years for me and I am in the second stage I don't use oxygen yet a can get around pretty good most days some days I'm a little windit

      Welcome everyone. I'm pretty new also and am liking this community alot. I was diagnosed COPD, I don't know, about 4 or 5 years ago. I smoked in the past for about 27 years. I've lived with chronic bronchitis since I was a kid. Nowadays, I get winded pretty easily and do the controlled breathing thing. It helps, but...you know. It sucks to be in this condition. I'm usually a pretty positive person, just, it can bother me sometimes.
