Struggling with ARFID diagnosis

Hey guys, I am very new to this. I have recently been diagnosed with ARFID and I am really struggling at the moment. I get alot of dizzy spells and sometimes I can't leave the house because of this. anyone else out there who suffers with this?? X

Hi - My daughter gets dizzy spells too.. and so much nausea & anxiety. She is 16 & struggling with ARFID and missing out on life events -staying home. It’s rough - maybe we all can compare and share ideas for coping. xx

I can definitely relate to this, I have ARFID/eating disorder and can get dizzy because of stress but also from not eating enough throughout the day 😥
