Can't Sleep Flat, Need Advice

I sleep on a wedge . I can't sleep flat . any one that can still just lay flat with only your regular pillow?

I have to sleep practicality sitting up because of my esophogial motility! If I slept flat I could aserbate! It's not very much fun!

I also have a body pillow because I sleep on my side a lot. Unfortunately my little dog wants my body pillow also but it's mostly flat and I need a new one .
