Hello I'm lavern,I'm 60 and I was recently diagnosed with copd.to make a long story short,the 3 main things I concentrate on are diet,supplements,rest and I take the medications when needed.i found out by taking a spirometry test and I haven't been able to now for a year and half so I applied for ssdi/ssi because of too many failed attempts to try and go back to work.i never thought something like this would happen to me at this age,especially being so close to retirement age because I jave worked all my life.

It's hard on the body. I take trelegy and use a nebulizer. I haven't been able to work in 2 years because of it.
