I feel the same way Tenacious, tired from the smallest things that I never used think about, out of breath so often! My doctor taught me to breath in through my nose and purse my lips to exhale and try to slow down with each breath until my breathing normalizes

My condition has progressed over the years, alot of the time I was fine and I didn't even need to use an inhaler until almost a year ago I started to ne out of breath with very little movement like short 20 foot walks and then it started getting even worse the last 6 months and has accelerated the last couple of months to the point that I can't walk 10 feet without being totally out of breath a n d having to stop and rest and get my breathing under control. I am now using a wheelchair and that has brought back a lot of mobility and I am now using a nebulizer 4 times a day and my inhaler a lot and I finally got a lung doctor and he is going to do extensive tests next month and see if I can benefit from a Zephyr Valve which is a minimally invasive implanted device to exhale better which I'm told is the biggest problem with COPD letting the air out not getting more in. I quess it makes sense, we have to get enough carbon dioxide out to allow more air to get back for the lungs to observe the oxygen. I'll keep you all posted on what happens🙏👍

I'm tired all the time. Simple things have me out of breath. I have insomnia.
