Hello! I was recently diagnosed with prediabetes and non alcoholic fatty liver, and I am struggling to balance my diet with these conditions while avoiding a relapse into my restrictive eating disorder. Would love to hear any advice or kind words 💜

Right now I am having a gallbladder attack. I’ve had severe pains all day and I had about seven in the last two months. Had an ultrasound, diagnosed with sludge and stones. Is there any way to subside the pain? Thanks
What should I avoid ?
what are signs it's progressing?
Haven’t actually been diagnosed with fatty liver disease yet but just curious if anyone had high ferritin levels when they were diagnosed? I have autoimmune diseases so I’m trying not to panic but I’m feeling overwhelmed.

Hello! I'm Alainn, 39 and from Michigan and am mom and stepmom to 2 wonderful littles. Recently found out I have a fatty liver, it's worse by the falciform ligament. I've been told over the past 15 years my liver is bad then it's fine. Supposedly it's been fine until now. I'm wondering what I can do to help this issue. I primarily treat my health issues holistically. Not into big pharma. I do have high cholesterol I refuse to take statins for, I'm working on diet and exercise first but I don't want to hurt my liver more.
