Hello! I'm Alainn, 39 and from Michigan and am mom and stepmom to 2 wonderful littles. Recently found out I have a fatty liver, it's worse by the falciform ligament. I've been told over the past 15 years my liver is bad then it's fine. Supposedly it's been fine until now. I'm wondering what I can do to help this issue. I primarily treat my health issues holistically. Not into big pharma. I do have high cholesterol I refuse to take statins for, I'm working on diet and exercise first but I don't want to hurt my liver more.
