Seeking Relief from Chronic Pain: Any Suggestions?

I have severe Migraine headaches and taking several medications. I also have fatty liver disease and dealing with neuropathy and heel spurs. Would love some fresh ideas on things I can try to reduce so many painful days.

If you are around things that smell that could may migraine worse..go to pharmacy to inquire if your med combo could be causing some of your issues..I had mild fatty liver but was taking Ozempic for 3 years and have moderate fatty liver. Milk thistle..red yeast rice will help with high cholesterol without the pain statins bring. I know a regular carb/sugar eating will cause neuropathy but if you reduce that and rub good lotion on your feet will help circulation and reduce pain. Sure hope you feel better soon. I take an aspirin everyday not the fake expensive stuff.

thank you for response, I've had migraines for over 25 years. I hit mid 30s and they just went crazy awful. I'm still doing heavy testing on my liver, tomorrow I'm getting a liver biopsy. I'm working on changing my diet, I'm working on everything a little at a time.
