Looking for a Liver Detox That Works

I just started artichoke drops daily to “heal” my liver. Has anyone tried a certain liver detox that has been excellent for them?

spikey plant is what i ment. I'm sorry lol. I so wish I could post a picture lol. If you look up milk thistle it will bring it up. I live in the country and I wasn't thinking of the possibility of you living in the city or something. I used to step on them when I was younger and running around outside with no shoes on!

so you know that spikey pla t that grows In the yard sometimes and if you let it go long enough it will eventually get a purple flower looking bulb on it? Well that is milk thistle. It has many other names also but it is a medisinal herb with properties to improve liver health, it stimulates the regeneration of liver cells, it helps with fatty liver, cirrhosis of the liver, cholesterol, and hepatitis, it helps to increase the solubility and circulation of bile, can help control diabetes, it has antioxidant properties, it may improve heart health, and it could have anti-aging effects

Losing weight is the only thing that will reduce the amount of fat in your liver according to my liver transplant specialist. Fatty liver can turn into liver fibrosis which can turn into liver cirrhosis. I had fatty liver for 6 years. I didn’t take it seriously and lose the weight I needed to. Now I have stage 1 liver cirrhosis, and I’m not a drinker. So this cirrhosis is directly related to being overweight. Reducing sugar, carbs, and fried foods will help with weight loss. God bless 🙏

hello! I’m 24 was diagnosed 2 years ago with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. I was told not to worry by my doctor.... so I’ve done nothing at all. I’m not even over weight at all either and it doesn’t run in my family. But recently learned from my own research that it’s becoming more common even in children because of the sugar Fructose in foods. Even in some so called healthy low fat dairy foods, exc. Do you have any tips for me I can try to help? And I was wondering what your symptoms were when it progressed. Thanks. 😁

No, most of my fatty liver fixed itself while I was pregnant but not sure recommending that you try getting pregnant and having a baby is a good idea 🤔
