I was diagnosed with fatty liver about 4 years ago. I take no medication for it. I just have imaging done about every 6 months. I also have just been diagnosed with COPD about a year ago. I’m on Trellgy Eliptta a steroid drug. My breathing was bad about 30% of the time, lately it’s increased to about 70% of the time. I do exercise but don’t know if that helps. Starting to get frustrated….

I also have NASH “Fatty Liver Disease”. After a biopsy confirmed it was caused by prolonged use of Dilantin (I also have a seizure disorder), my doctors finally stopped telling me I was an alcoholic. I don’t drink. It’s frustrating because I have Muscular Dystrophy and have to take certain medications just to live, and most meds are metabolized by the liver. Have you ever found anything that helps your liver? I also have COPD, but don’t take meds for it, yet.
