Has anyone ever had much luck with a thyroid support supplement? I’m thinking of adding one to my routine along with my synthroid, but I’d love to hear any experiences good or bad.

I finally went to the neurologist today and it was very insightful. It took me a while to muster up getting the appointment and I finally got through it. Now tomorrow is a celebration of me finally starting my journey to getting better by going and getting sushi!!! :D yay!

Hello! Wondering if anyone has experienced memory loss due to Hashimotos or hypothyroidism that is under 40?

So, I'm a little confused about Hashimotos disease for real, the way I perceived it was that it eventually led to hypothyroidism. So then I am wondering, is Hashimotos a separate disease and if so what exactly is it and how is it different from hypothyroidism. I guess I'm also just in general wondering what Hashimotos even means.

what is everyone on for hashimotos/ hypothyroidism? I take 175mg Levothyroxine but I am still feeling all my symptoms BIG time. Thinking of asking the doctor to add a T3? Has this helped anyone?

For those with Hashimoto's: When you have a perfect TSH (1.5), do you still experience hypo and/or hyper symptoms?

I saw a nutritionist on Instagram say that she “overcame” her hashimotos with her diet (idk what she eats) and has been off medication and good for 6 years. It doesn’t really make sense to me so I’m not planning on ever going off my thyroid medication (I have hashimotos). Is anyone familiar with those “natural” methods though? Curious if any of you have done more research than I have on that subject. Normally I do find simpler and natural methods appealing.
