Has anyone ever had much luck with a thyroid support supplement? I’m thinking of adding one to my routine along with my synthroid, but I’d love to hear any experiences good or bad.

I take Thyrocsin by Thorne, but I've never been on a prescription for my Hashimoto's (I have antibodies but all of my other hashis labs are typically fine).

I am on Levothyroxin and I have not tried a supplement. I take vitamins and I think that is enough. As long as my thyroid numbers are good I won’t mess with it! Talk to your doctor!

This is definitely something you should consult with your doctor on. Some OTC supplements can do more harm than good.

Never taken a supplement, and never have had a problem.

One user mentioned trying an herbal supplement called Purple Sea Moss to help with fatigue, weight loss, and brain fog alongside their Levothyroxine (Synthroid). They haven't tried it yet but have heard good things about it. Another user mentioned that their endocrinologist suggested selenium as a good supplement to thyroid replacement meds.
