I personally get really dizzy and feel very lethargic and fatigued. It got bad before I was on medication that I almost passed out once, but now I'm on medication and feel much better

I feel like my levels are off because I feel that as well plus my ment health just is in a bad state right now. I have a very hard time getting up I feel sick like flu sick , I'm very snappy and crabby 😥 along with many other symptoms

I literally feel like my muscles are tight and stiff. My face is puffy and the brain fog is so bad.

yep, the medicine takes around a month to get in your system and you can't have food or drinks at least an hour within. Usually they recommend taking them in the morning before your breakfast. I saw online where night time was a better time to take them as it gives the medicine more time to take effect. Even then, your symptoms never completely go away.
