Questions about Hashimotos and Inflammation, Diet, and Mental Health

Wow I am just amazed I know people like me. I have had Hashimotos for a while now, trying to figure out life with it. Questions: Does inflammations come with that? (Mine is seriously rough) Does it really matter what I eat? If so please tell me what best diets y’all do! And then does it mess with your guys mental health too? Thank you guys!

Inflammation is a huge factor for Me personally with hashimotos. Hashimotos has been directly linked with depression. Vice Versa. I do my best to avoid dairy and gluten but I love my ice cream 😅 so I have severely cut back on dairy and switched to almond milk 99% of the time. I can link to a video that mentions the correlation of hashis and just depression in general as well. https://youtu.be/NOAgplgTxfc
