Reducing Inflammation with Autoimmune Diseases

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I have hashimoto's thyroiditis, allergies, asthma, and acne, amongst other things. As far as I understand, these conditions are all related to inflammation and the immune system. Does anyone have any suggestions for reducing inflammation, which may help reduce my symptoms? Any recommended reading would also be appreciated.

Hi. I eat dairy free and gluten free which really helped with my hashimotos. And I started taking a probiotic and weirdly enough it helped with my acne.

I have heard that your gut health affects your immune system, so that makes sense in a round about way. I've considered looking into probiotics but wasn't sure if they were worth the money. Is there a band you recommend?

Do you take levothyroxine? That will do the most to help control the hashimotos. For the inflammation, doing things like sinus rinses and taking an NSAID will help to keep the inflammation down and keep particles out of your nasal cavity. What helps me the most is remembering to take my levothyroxine 😂 and then doing a sinus rinse twice on higher pollen days and taking an NSAID

I do take levothyroxine and sometimes my partner had to remind me to take it 😅 I will look into the sinus rinse, thanks!
