Hello! I have TMJ and I absolutely hate the dentist because of it. I have such a hard time keeping my mouth open the whole time. They give me a red block to hold it open and that's helpful but it hurts pretty badly. After the dentist visit I'll be in pain for 12-48 hours. I do use ibuprofen.
