Yes! It helps. My mom had TMJ so badly a few years ago she couldn't open her mouth but an inch. Her jaw was locked. After 2 Botox injections (6 months apart), she has full motion back and has little maintenance since. It was an amazing treatment for her. My TMJ is more painful than hers was and Botox didn't "fix" it for me, but it thankfully does help with my pain/tightness and I get it 2-3x a year. I recommend giving it a shot! But realize everyone has different results.
