Anyone else have such a strange sleep cycle it's hard to put yourself in a box to talk about it with health professionals? (curious abt others recent schedules) For me it's been rotating in what I can only equate to the lunar cycle, the faces of the moon changing. its like it's spinning around the days when I'm asleep and when I'm not. New & full moons being normal & nocturnal sleep schedules, I'm just shining more and more each day, never falling asleep or waking up at the same time. Definitely one of my stranger "schedules"

It's getting worse and worse every day now, in the last two day I've barely gotten 8 hours of sleep. When my fiance wakes up for work at 8am and I went to bed at like 5am or 6am, I'm up again and can't go back to sleep. I've tried so much to try and ease my insomnia, but nothing is working. Unless I take my two different pain medications, then sure, I'll sleep, but I won't wake up, I need to wake up to manage my daughter's feeds and physical therapy.

I have several anxiety before going to sleep . I somehow manage to convince myself I'm dying of a heart attack or having a stroke. or I'll become paranoid that something is in the room with me. I can't get any sleep with this. It's hard to explain to doctors becuase it doesn't happen during a sleep study, only when I'm sleeping at home or alone.

Hi. I’m finally doing an in lab sleep test after I have been trouble sleeping for three years. I’ve tried many drugs and nothing really helps. I know I snore. Has anyone else ended up having sleep apnea after thinking you had insomnia. I’d love to know your experiences.

I am curious about other sleep alternatives because I cannot get my meds nor do I feel comfortable about cannsbis (I have had a couple bad experiences so I tend to stray away from cannabis). I have tried Unisom Sleep Tablets, Melatonin, and others but they never seem to help me sleep through the night and stay asleep...along with staying still. Last few days have been horrible since I've been waking myself up from thrashing around in my bed.
