Yepz. Worst was 3.5 days awake in my teens with only a few 10 min naps. Almost crashed the car next week

oh no that's not good. Please make sure that you're somewhat rested before getting behind the wheel. I'm glad you're safe.

Yes, it's the discomfort of not sleeping that keeps me from sleeping.

It's the worse. Talking about restless leg syndrome 😕 my whole body is going through that 😩 🙃

Yes it’s so uncomfortable. I usually just have to listen to a tv show in bed to distract myself from the anxiety the lack of sleep is causing so I can finally rest. Sometimes takes a while before I fall asleep though.

That would be me. Plus I have anxiety and depression also high blood pressure, OCD and COPD and was just recently put on oxygen 24/7 for the rest of my life. I'm a recovering drug addict and recovering alcoholic and trying to quit smoking on the patch for that so far so good. And dealing with this this is emotionally and mentally and physically exhausting and can't sleep . I'm only 53 years old. Any suggestions???
