Struggling to Sleep: Share Your Bedtime Routine

What's your effective bedtime routine? I haven't slept in a week lol

Stop eating 3 hours before bedtime. Stop any work 1-2 hours before sleeping and only do calming activities or watch a show or something. I make sure I do my bedtime routine stuff like getting changed or brushing teeth when I’m more wide awake so it doesn’t wake me up more. Keep the lights in the house low. Use sound machine if needed. I take 5 mg of melatonin and 5 mg of hydroxyzine to sleep quickly. Usually take 20 min before I need to be sleeping and don’t look at my phone.

I’ll watch those videos of those guys making underground pool houses out of sticks and dirt. The ones where they’re sped up and you can here all the noises PFT

Oh well what I like to do is just grind a series or such, or maybe just listen to music and it starts slowly putting me to sleep, have you tried that?
