well for cleaning ur room sometimes there’s thing you have to make urself do so maybe instead of fully doing it at once, pick up ur room little by little and maybe do one spot of ur room or like pick up some trash one day and maybe the next or even after that pickup like clothes or whatever else needs to be done, i don’t usually have motivation to clean my room but i normally put some hype music on and make it kinda loud to make me a bit motivated :)

I have this same issue. Something that I do to help is make my room completely dark, get comfortable in my bed, take slow deep breaths and count to 30 repeatedly until I fall asleep. Clear your mind and just focus on your slow deep breaths and counting that's it.

yea i can't make my room completely dark i have tried it before and i start to have a panic attack and my anxiety gets really high.. you can say I'm kind of scared of the dark because alot of bad things have happened to me at night.
