Does anyone have any suggestions for meds or natural remedies for sleep? I am very sensitive to different medications and easily get side effects. Ive tried trazodone but experienced severe headaches in the morning after waking up. The only thing that somewhat helps me is melatonin or marijuana.

      Butterfly Pea Tea, first time I drank it, I was so relax I had fallen asleep with the cup in my hand. Luckily I was with my best and she took the cup before I spilled it while asleep. Lol

      CBD, medical marujuana (if available in your state, 528 hz music, lavender oil, peppermint/chamomile tea(both for max effect!) and strange, but a heated/temperature controlled eye cover; preferably warm. It helps with headaches and headaches and dry of stuffy sinuses, as well as relaxes your eyes and face. For me I just get a wash cloth, wet it, and stuck it in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. Wait for it to cool a bit and just place it over your eyes.

      I try to make time to wind down before sleeping that is not looking at my phone - books or audiobooks or journaling - just giving myself space sometimes helps

      I seem to do well with Olly sleep gummies 30 minutes before bed and Unisom makes melatonin dissolvable strips meant to take when you wake up in the middle of the night with 3mg of melatonin in them
