Shoe Recommendations for High Arches and Plantar Fasciitis

To anyone with high arches and instep and plantar fasciitis: What kind of shoes do y’all wear? I’ve had chronic foot and ankle issues since about 2020 and plantar fasciitis is the latest issue. I can’t even do 1 mile walks with my dog without pain anymore. I have wide, very high-arched feet with mild tailors bunions on my pinky toes, though I fear I might also be developing bunions on my big toes.

I've had plantar faciitis for about 7 months now. I have tried exercise, stretches, sole inserts, pain meds, and I even got a boot from my podiatrist. The pain does not go away! My podiatrist said the next steps are shooting medicine into the muscle or surgery... I've never had surgery before and everything about it gives me such bad anxiety. does anyone have any advice about this?

Hey all with plantar! Mine didn’t get horrific until I started working in a concrete floored building 10+ hours a day walking on average 4 miles daily (gotta love hospitals and pandemics). Hi, I have had plantar fasciitis since I was 11 off and on, and now in my 30's I've had it everyday for 2 years. I have to wear sleep socks, stretch, wear special shoes only, and still deal with pain/tightness especially when trying to hike and exercise more often than 3 times a week. I used be a ninja coach until I couldn't walk because of this and would love to be a bad**s again, so I appreciate any advice/help on the subject!
