Starting Physical Therapy: Any Tips?

I’m doing physical therapy right now and just got orthotics. It makes a huge difference in my opinion 🤗

Treat therapy like your new addiction. Convince yourself you love it. Do all the moves like a champ and ask for more homework. If there is anyone rooting for you to get out and about and comfortable in your own body again, it's your physical therapist. They can give you tips, techniques and tons of ideas about how to help.

Oh and if they have the frozen rap that goes around your foot and ankle it is awesome, but when they first put it on it's so cold. After your foot will feel like it's a completely different foot

omg that sounds crazy! now i’m kind of curious and want them to do it to me to see if it helps haha

I buy new shoes at least every 6 months because that is when they start bothering me. The physical therapy did help but they may do this thing that you will hate where they break up something in your foot, it helps the pain but it feels terrible when they are actually breaking up whatever it is and it actually pops

I’m doing it now and changed my shoes. It helps!
