To anyone with high arches and instep and plantar fasciitis: What kind of shoes do y’all wear? I’ve had chronic foot and ankle issues since about 2020 and plantar fasciitis is the latest issue. I can’t even do 1 mile walks with my dog without pain anymore. I have wide, very high-arched feet with mild tailors bunions on my pinky toes, though I fear I might also be developing bunions on my big toes.
