Sadly I'm at my heaviest ever, not happy where I am, yet still can't manage to make a start. So I was hoping to connect and find an accountability partner so I'm not having this same conversation with myself in 6 months time. I am based in Sydney Australia so not sure if there was anyone in my timezone?

I’m wondering if anyone can relate. I lost about 12 lbs on .25 in 6 weeks. 1lb the 4 weeks of .5. Today I started 1.0 and I’m nervous as heck! The most I got out of .5 were muscle aches and leg cramps. I just gave myself the 1.0 tonight. Here’s to hoping the weight starts coming off.

How can someone with ADHD make a consistent effort to lose weight when efforts to change are so hard to start, let alone maintain? I had some benefit from intermittent fasting, but every random distraction/ disruption affecting my sleep or other routines made it harder to make my tightly scheduled meal times work.

I’m trying to find birth control that does not cause weight gain, facial hair, dark and spots. Does anyone know good brands? I’ve worked very hard loose weight I have and do not want to struggle with weight gain. Looking for pills but if there are better options I’m open to about anything.

hello. I am a 23 female and had a hard time losing weight. I have PCOS and the remedies that my Doctors always told me to lose weight. the thing is I haven't had drastic weight change for about 10 years maybe differ 2 to 5 pounds. I was about 3 miles three times a week, still no weight lost and abnormal periods. I'm really just at a dead end right now
