Why can't I lose weight? 115kg. I kind it so hard to stick to anything
How do I get a new doctor to test me for PCOS without ruling out anything that they could consider as well? So stressed just thinking about seeing a gp tomorrow. I'm not going on birth control, so I don't even know what they'll suggest
I'm struggling to lose weight and have done for the last 5 years since my youngest was born. I'm now 41, overweight and classed as obese. Just had a wellness check done and my bloods have come back normal however, I still think I may have a risk of diabetes. Anyone been in the same position as me?

I have PCOS and the remedies that my Doctors always told me to lose weight. the thing is I haven't had drastic weight change for about 10 years maybe differ 2 to 5 pounds. I was about 3 miles three times a week, still no weight lost and abnormal periods. I'm really just at a dead end right now

Anyone have some exercise advice? I have plantar fasciitis in both my feet now and I haven't been able to go on my walks much. Ive been doing a lot of stretches. I want to start doing yoga again on my DVDs. I wish I had an exercise bike at home but I don't have room for that right now.
Hello all 👋 I was just wondering about the side effects of the new weight loss drug I'm taking, ozempic. I took it Monday and I am much more tired than usual. Has anyone else experienced this? My doctor said the side effects were minimal, so I'm hoping my energy levels will balance out.
What do you do when diet and exercise aren't creating weight loss? I had to change my diet a lot for acid reflux and food sensitivities last year, and I started exercising regularly at the beginning of the year. I only lost weight when on a medication (phentermine) but I felt like I was having a low-key heart attack every day so I stopped it. haven't lost a pound since. I feel more energetic and flexible but excess fat hasn't changed. I don't know what to do...
Anyone else feel like a bottomless pit? I’m always hungry and never feel like I ate enough. Not sure why this is happening or how to stop it. I have had many medical tests and there is nothing medically wrong with me. Thyroid is fine, cortisol levels are normal. Anyone have any experience with this or any insights?
