I am just starting my journey of movement and I would really love to add yoga. I am terrified. Being overweight as I am and round the poses scare me. Being unfit as I am...well. yeah. Any advice?

I'm right there with you but I have seen plus size yoga on YouTube. I figured, do what I can until I can do more. At least I'm moving my body more than yesterday. š
