Metformin is helping me lose weight. Yes I feel better after losing just a few pounds.

I hate to say it but weight loss has helped reduce some of my joint pain. What what I eat matters just as mush as how much I eat. Large amounts of salt or sugar at one time hurts my joints. I’ve lost about 55 lbs
