hey y'all. my seizures have been getting worse again. I'm very weak and can barely stand for more than 30 seconds at a time most days. today, I showered for the first time in 25 days. (gross, I know). I just don't want it to get this bad again. the last month or so has been awful. what are some steps I can take to get better or, at the very least, stay clean-ish? thanks in advance. it's much appreciated. love y'all, and if there's anyone out there going through something similar, I wish you the best. 🫶 until next time.

Hello, I seen this app and thought I would give it a chance. I don't know what is happening with my health over the last year but it is affecting me alot. I have tingling for around a year in my left foot (many times a day) left hand (less often but still often) tongue and mouth. I have always had migraines but I seem to have these as well as headaches at least twice a week, often more. I have moderate asthma, poor sight which is helped with glasses (since childhood). Double vision and blurred vision started in 2022. I also have pain in calf and soles of feet when walking. soles of feet also very painful when I wake, when I stand after waking, I kind of hobble 😂😂. I also have nausea. All since last year (except sight which has worsened last year). sorry for the long post, I have no idea what I am doing 🤦♀️

Hi! I'm Erin, I'm 23 and from the UK. I was (finally) diagnosed with general FND and severe PPPD in January 2022. I have been through a lot and continue to go through a lot. I would love to meet people with the same conditions as me (especially PPPD as I know it can be different for everyone and I would love to relate to others) and also others who have different illnesses! Hope we can connect :)

I just got diagnosed with FND yesterday after 2 years of severe illness, consistent testing and medical help, and straight up desperation to find out what's wrong with me. it finally makes sense. that said, with the highest estimate being that 0.012% of the population have it or, based on a 8 billion person population 960,000 people have it worldwide, this is by the far the least common disorder I have. my therapist didn't even know exactly what it was when my test results showed it. in so much of my journey to remission I've used infromation and education to cope with, recognize, and manage my symptoms, but for the first time I'm faced with a very very under researched disorder, and not just that, and extremely small amount of people who have it. What should I do, and where should I start?

Hi! I need an opinion. I was diagnosed with FND a few months back after having tics for about two years. My neurologist did no testing, the only questions they asked me were to describe my tics and if I had the app tiktok. She kinda ignored me after I said I do have tiktok and told me that the only solution is to delete the app. I feel like the diagnosis of FND is incorrect but there is not another neurologist in my area. What should I do in this situation?
