I do! It’s been very difficult for me since I just recently got diagnosed but I don’t want to give up and lose hope and let it get the best of me. Even though I want to give up all the time I don’t let myself! Just taking everyday day by day.

You can do it! Hang in there! Keep your chin up, honestly accepting that I actually had FND was my first big step to getting better. Try to stay active as much as you can it will help build up your strength. I also would recommend doing something with your hands, like coloring, or clay or something like that that helped me immensely with fine motor skills. You can do it! Don’t give up!
