        @anxiouslywaiting donā€™t over think it. Itā€™s compounding because your not getting enough sleep. So you stress about sleep because youā€™re stressing about why you canā€™t sleep. Deep breaths. YouTube sleep meditation they help a lot. Exercise, any kind will help. Youā€™ll be tire because of the exertion.
