Need help with extreme anxiety over falling asleep

I can relate, Ill take clonazepam, and just recently was prescribed restirol

I deal with the same thing. I have found guided meditation by kenneth soares on YouTube really helps me fall asleep. Or listening to a hertz frequency for deep sleep

Ugh i feel you, i am currently struggling 😥.

I don’t know how to help sadly but I relate heavily and it drives me nuts because my sleep schedule is insane!
