sleep has been my enemy lately, I dont know if it's stress and thinking about things at night or if it's a mix of things, but.. I have been getting less and less sleep lately.

      Hii! Sometimes I struggle to fall asleep too. I found using hypnosis (guided meditation) has been really helpful for me. Try popping "Michael Sealy" on YouTube 🙏 Also herbal tea before bed (chamomile) can help as part of a routine. I hope things get better for you 💕

        @JumpingMouse I can't take my phone to bed but I do have a Google home speaker, I'm not a fan of tea. Thx
