Has anyone else had consecutive nightmares? They usually aren’t real tater and aren’t typical fears like being murdered they are more moderate fears like extended hospital stays. I still wake up quite unsettled by them and they can be hard to shake for hours or even the whole day. I’ve been getting them pretty consistently and I don’t know if it’s a symptom of PTSD or anxiety or if it’s just a random thing. Does anyone have any insight?
